EA has provided a breakdown of the overhaul to its Team Management system in FIFA 15, which will apply across all game modes.
Players can now create up to six different team sheets, allowing you to quickly switch entire tactical options according to your opponent (for example, a reserve line-up for cup games).
Team sheets are available in Career Mode, Match Day (Kick-Off), Online Friendlies, and Tournaments.
Each player can also be given detailed tactical instructions ahead of kick-off. Up to five offensive and defensive tactics can be applied to each outfield player. This dictates your player's movement off the ball, and their positioning depending on where the ball is on the field.
Formations, roles and tactics appear much in the same way as they have in previous FIFA games. But the image below shows that player attributes are no longer represented in lists of numbers, but in a diagram, much like rival PES, making it far easier to compare starters with substitutes.
Players will be able to sink their teeth into the new Team Management layout when FIFA 15 launches on September 26.
