Almost 40 different games will be improved by running on the PS4 Pro, including Battlefield 1 and COD: Infinite Warfare.
The PS4 Pro, Sony’s more powerful version of the existing PlayStation 4, will be released on Thursday, November 10 but as many have pointed out there’s been precious little new information or promotion for it lately.
That changed today when the official PlayStation Blog revealed which games would be enhanced and improved on the PS4 Pro from day one.
Existing games need a patch to take advantage of the PS4 Pro’s power, but the list below is a good mix of both older first party Sony titles and third party games from other publishers.
Other forthcoming games have also pledged PS4 Pro support, including Final Fantasy XV, Watch Dogs 2, Resident Evil 7, and For Honor. As such it’s likely that PS4 Pro optimisation will come as standard for all major titles next year.
The only problem with the list below is that it doesn’t say what the enhancements will be, which is likely to be at least slightly different for each game.
